Please Note: This is a provisional booking ONLY. Once we have received your submission we will ring you to collect a deposit. Only when the deposit is received is your booking secure.

In signing this form you confirm adherence to our Booking Conditions.

Booking Conditions

You enter into a booking with us when we issue our Booking Confirmation. If you then cancel, there will be cancellation charges. Please see the cancellation section of these conditions.

Your Holiday booking

A booking will exist as soon as we issue our booking confirmation. This booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions.

Paying for your Holiday and Insurance

When you make your booking, you must pay a deposit of £25.00 which is non-refundable. The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks before departure.

Adequate travel insurance is advised and we recommend you take out insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed.

If you cancel your holiday

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification must be received. Since we could incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows.

Less than 4 weeks	100% of the holiday costs

Note: Your deposit/full payment is non-refundable, unless you can find someone else to take your place.

If we cancel your booking

We reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will not cancel less than 4 weeks before your departure date, except for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or failure by you to pay the deposit and/or final balance, or because the minimum number required for the package to go ahead hasn’t been reached.

If your holiday is cancelled you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an alternative holiday. This can be discussed with us at the time.
